Raw milk is an excellent source of easy-to-digest (bioavailable) vitamins and minerals that is needed for optimal health.
Raw milk is not only a good source of vitamin A, magnesium, zinc, and thiamine (B1), it has hundreds of different healthy fatty acids, including conjugated linoleic acid and omega-3 fatty acids from its rich source of protein. We milk our cows once a day. The milk is then brought to the milk shed, filtered and poured directly into clean jars, refrigerated and ready for our customers. Nothing else to it! It’s that simple. There is no processing in anyway on our farm.
We have built trusting relationships with our cows who graciously provide amazing amounts of milk everyday for us. They make us look good and we appreciate every glass of milk they provide. We take care of them, they take care of us.
RAW MILK TASTE GOOD
The taste of raw milk is definitely different than store bought milk but in our opinion, it is so much better. When cows are raised right, raw milk taste like melted ice cream. It doesn’t leave that nasty film in your mouth after you have a glass or give a bloated stomach due to the A1 protein instead of the A2 protein.
